If you don’t can download/Claim in your Region Follow these simple steps.
Press the Windows Key on your keyboard and then type “Region.
When you do this the Region Settings menu will appear in the search.
Select the Region Settings menu.
This brings up a new menu where you can alter the different regional settings of your computer.
For the sake of this download, you must change your Country or Region.
Select the dropdown box and select “United States”.
Then simply close the Region menu.
Open the Microsoft Store and search for Phantasy Star Online 2, you will now see the game displayed in the store and can download it completely free of charge.
